Today, Electronic Medical Records Practice Management has helped hundreds of practices improve patient safety, appointment flow and productivity by centralizing workflow flexibility. New Computor System

The Federal Government has recently pass a law to mandate Electronic Medical Records: We are launching our Windows-based practice management system to provide user-friendly technology for the Lake Plains Medical Center Practice to manage appointments, billing, and other administrative processes. We will be able to work with private and governmental organizations to promote mandated industry adoption of health information systems.

For Emergency on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays please call Medina Memorial Hospital Emergency Room at 798-8080 to discuss your problem and ask to contact the Eye Doctor or leave a message. The Eye Doctor on Call will contact you. Prescription and Appointment information calls should be placed on the next business day.
