Today, Electronic Medical Records Practice Management has helped hundreds of practices improve patient safety, appointment flow and productivity by centralizing workflow flexibility. New Computor System

The Federal Government has recently pass a law to mandate Electronic Medical Records: We are launching our Windows-based practice management system to provide user-friendly technology for the Lake Plains Medical Center Practice to manage appointments, billing, and other administrative processes. We will be able to work with private and governmental organizations to promote mandated industry adoption of health information systems.

    Emergencies

    Since there is much anxiety with Vision trauma and the eye generally does not stabilize well after injury, Emergency patients are seen in accordance to the urgency of their Problem. Because we see Emergency Patients, we sometimes are behind schedule. Our staff tries to inform you when a delay occurs, calling you at home when possible. Feel free to call before leaving to see how we are running. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know well ahead of time.

    Lake Plains Eye Center our mission is to Provide Quality Healthcare to Our Neighbors with both Compassion and Efficiency

    Our practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disease which affect the eyes. Amound the many eye care services we provide our patients are:

    Comprehensive eye exams for Adults and Children.
    Cataract Surgery - Latest technology in small incision and sutureless surgery.
    Diabetic eye care, including laser surgery.
    Contact lens services.
    Glaucoma care including laser treatments and Optical Coherence Tomography.
    Medical and surgical treatment of eye muscle disorders
