Emergencies
Since there is much anxiety with Vision trauma and the eye generally does not stabilize
well after injury, Emergency patients are seen in accordance to the urgency of
their Problem. Because we see Emergency Patients, we sometimes are behind schedule. Our
staff tries to inform you when a delay occurs, calling you at home when possible. Feel
free to call before leaving to see how we are running. If you are unable to keep an
appointment, please let us know well ahead of time
Emergency After Hours
Real Emergency Treatment always seems to be inconvenient. Should you require emergency
treatment, please call Dr. Mruczek at home (585)798-0536
regardless of the time; nights, weekends and holidays. If you are unsuccessful, please
call Medina Memorial Hospital Emergency Room (585)798-8080
or the Main Switchboard (585)798-2000
and ask for the Eye Doctor on Call. Coverage is provided on a rotating schedule by all
ophthalmologists in our community.
