The Staff and Doctors welcome you. We would be happy to make an appointment for you with the Premier Eye Facility in Orleans County. Our practice specializes in diagnosis, treatment, and consultation of Disease which effects the eyes. We Provide Adult and Pediatric Ophthalmic Services. What is our Philosophy  
Our primary concern as your Ophthalmologist is to provide you with the very best eye care possible. You are the most important person in our practice. We know that your eyes are unique and valuable organs, important components of your total body's visual perception system. Eye physician, Diagnostician, Specialist in eye care, Micro surgeon, and more; Our Doctors  are concerned not only with your eyes but with the Total You. We are dedicated to help you see well. Our objective is to make your visits with us as pleasant and convenient as possible. 


Master Card and Visa AcceptedThe Insurance Stuff  
My office staff understand that medical insurance can be confusing , especially HMO's and Medicare. Many patients feel uncomfortable discussing the fees with the Doctor. Explanation of our philosophy in these requires should ease apprehension and reduce potential collection embarrassment. As a service to our patients we participate in most insurance plans and accept credit cards. If you need any assistance, we are here to help you. 


The first visit  
At the time of your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a medical information form. It is important that you bring your glasses or contacts, a list of your medication with dosages, a list of drug allergies, insurance cards and any other information that you feel would be helpful. If need specific information, Total Eye Care Frequently Asked Question's may answer your inquiry. Your pupils may be dilated on this visit. Until this medication wears off in four to six hours, your vision may be blurred and your eyes will be sensitive to light. Please bring sunglasses for your comfort on the trip home. Most patients are able to drive themselves, but you should have someone available to bring you home in case you do not feel comfortable driving. If you have been referred to us for evaluation and treatment of a particular condition, your exam will be specific to that condition, using specialized techniques as necessary.
