  FROM THE South: Exit NYS Thruway, travel North on Route 77, Roads will change to Route 63 till you arrive at the Traffic Signal at Route 31 (This has been about 14 miles) Follow Route 63 into Downtown Medina turning left on West Center. Travel West about one mile, turn Left (south) on Erie. Watch for the Eye Center Sign on the Corner in the 700/800 Block of West Center.Parking is the second Driveway on the Right.

FROM THE East: There are Two Route 31's. It is easier to Approach Medina via Route 31E (closest to the Erie Canal) into Downtown Medina which becomes East and West Center Street. Travel West from the Main Street Four Corners (near Rotary Park) about one mile, turn Left (south) on Erie. Watch for the Eye Center Sign on the Corner in the 700/800 Block of West Center. Parking is the second Driveway on the Right.

FROM THE West: There are Two Route 31's. It is easier to Approach Medina via Route 31 and Turn Left (north) on to Salt Works Road on the West Side Of Medina. There is a large direction sign for the Apple Grove Restaurant a short distance before Salt Works Road. Make the First right past Mattel on Park Avenue. Left at the Traffic Signal on Erie Street. Watch for the Eye Center Sign on the Corner. The Center is on the left side of the Street just before West Center.

FROM THE North: Follow Route 63 into Medina, Cross the Erie Barge Canal and turn right on West Center. Travel West about 0.8 mile, turn Left (south) on Erie. Watch for the Eye Center Sign on the Corner in the 700/800 Block of West Center.Parking is the second Driveway on the Right.
