Arthur W. Mruczek, Sr., M.D. Eye Physician and Surgeon Dr. Mruczek is a dedicated Eye Surgeon serving of Orleans and surrounding Counties for 30 years. He keeps himself, his practice and the staff current through continuing education about new advances in Ophthalmology. He serves as the Director of Contact Lens Services for the Department of Ophthalmology and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at State University of New York at Buffalo.
