Sialkot City Campus Lions Club was was organized in 23rd July, 2002, We were sponsored by Sialkot Lions Clubs. We were officially chartered in 23rd August, 2002 with 14 Charter Members. Our Charter was presented to us on our Charter Night on 29th March, 2003 at Eat More Restaurant, Sialkot, by District Governor Lion Maj. Muhammad Akram.

We are located in Pakistan's renowned industrial city Sialkot. Our philosophy is to bring together, in fellowship and common understanding, the ideas and energies of community minded individuals who wish to help those in need and to provide services which will help make our community a better place to live, work, play or go to school.
