Welcome back from the sultry summer of 2002! Our first meeting of the term was September 17^th and was lightly attended. I expect future meetings to be better attended.

Other than our Lion Tamer being under the weather, thus we were without most of our props, things went quite well.

We have a few projects coming up that need bodies. Please refer to "Mark Your Calendar" and then please do!

The next meeting will be October 1, 2002 at the Fairview Restaurant. District Governor, Neal W. Newman will be our guest. We will be installing two new members at that meeting. The menu will include: 10 oz. Strip steak, baked potato, salad and dessert (ice cream w/cream de menthe). The cost is $12.50. Hope you ALL will be there.

Lion Fritz Hart reports his crew has finished painting the outside of the cabin at Camp Badger. Later this fall they will be going down again to paint the inside of the cabin.
