BOOTH APPLICATION
The Medina Garage Sale Committee cordially invites you to apply to participate in our Annual Garage Sale. This year's Flea Market and activities will be held on the First Saturday of June.
A 20 foot by 30 foot booth will cost $25.00 and Corner booths are $35.00 Booths may not be occupied before 6:00am on June 4th, 2011 Setup and check in is 6am the day of the event.
BOOTH ACCEPTANCE
As in previous years' event, Flea and Vendors Market will take place on the 'Old Pickle Factory Parking Area'. If the ground is dry, we may be west of the parking lot on grass. To register by phone, call (585) 798-3358 and leave a message.
The booth fee must be paid to GUARANTEE A BOOTH. Incomplete applications will not be given consideration.
- The Medina Garage Sale Committee reserves the right to request the removal of any exhibit or part thereof. Participation in future shows will be jeopardized if committee feels necessary.
- Exhibitors must supply their own displays, tables and tents.
- Exhibit spaces are 20' X 30'. Exhibitors must confine their displays and materials to their assigned and allotted space(s).
- Pickle Factory MARKET HOURS
First Saturday of June each year 9 am - 3 PM
ALL FLEA MARKET SET-UPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 9 A.M. SATURDAY.
ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE REMOVED BY 6:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY
- Exhibits must be open and staffed during ALL scheduled Flea Market hours. Failure to do so will jeopardize acceptance into future shows.
- The Medina Garage Sale Committee reserves the right to request the removal of any exhibit or part thereof. Participation in future shows will be jeopardized if committee feels necessary.
- You may not drive stakes, posts, etc into the asphalt.
- Displays may not extend beyond the white striped area
- Booth numbers WILL be visible at all times.
- Checks that are returned for insufficient funds could result in booth cancellation.
- No electricity is available to exhibitors and no generators are allowed without prior written authorization
- There are no rain dates. Use of building will not be permitted in case of rain.
- The Medina Garage Sale and the Medina Lions will not be responsible for damage, loss of personal property, personal injury, or accidents involving the exhibitors.
- You may not sell your space or trade it, in part or whole, to another exhibitor.
- Failure to comply may result in the removal of the exhibit.
