Medina Garage Sale

The Medina Garage Sale Committee cordially invites you to apply to participate in our Eighth

annual Garage Sale. This year's Flea Market and activities will be held on Saturday, June 5th, 2010.

BOOTH ACCEPTANCE

As in last years event, Flea Market will take place on the 'Old Pickle Factory Parking Area'. If the ground is dry, we may be west of the parking lot on grass.

A 20 foot by 30 foot booth will cost $20.00 and Corner booths are $30.00

Booths may not be occupied before 6:00am on June 5th, 2010 Setup is 6am the day of the event.

THE PURPOSE OF THE Medina Garage Sale

• To promote Medina's Garage Sales, Medina Lions Club, and residents.

EXHIBITOR CONTRACT

1. The Medina Garage Sale Committee reserves the right to request the removal of any exhibit or part thereof. Participation in future shows will be jeopardized if committee feels necessary.

2. Exhibitors must supply their own displays, tables and tents. You may not drive stakes, posts, etc into the asphalt..

Failure to comply may result in the removal of the exhibit.

3. Exhibit spaces are 20' X 30'.

4. Exhibitors must confine their displays and materials to their assigned and allotted space(s).

5. Displays may not extend beyond the white striped area.

6. FLEA MARKET HOURS

Saturday, June 5, 2010   9 am - 3 pm 

ALL FLEA MARKET SET-UPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 9 A.M. SATURDAY, JUNE 56. ALL

DISPLAYS MUST BE REMOVED BY 6:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY, JUNE 5 .

7. Exhibits must be open and staffed during ALL scheduled Flea Market hours. Failure to do so will jeopardize acceptance into future shows.

8. Booth numbers WILL be visible at all times.

9. Incomplete applications will not be given consideration.

10. The booth fee must be paid to GUARANTEE A BOOTH.

11. Checks that are returned for insufficient funds could result in booth cancellation.

12. No electricity is available to exhibitors and no generators are allowed without prior written authorization

13. There are no rain dates. Use of building will not be permitted in case of rain.

14. The Medina Garage Sale and the Medina Lions will not be responsible for damage, loss of personal property, personal injury, or accidents involving the exhibitors.

15. You may not sell your space or trade it, in part or whole, to another exhibitor.


Please use this checklist to assure all requirements have been met.
